Absolutely gorgeous hotel with an excellent rooftop pool and hot tubs. The rooms were spotless and they have everything needed for a comfortable stay of any duration. They're in an excellent location for good food and drinks as well as boutique shopping. I would definitely stay here again
Great experience, only reason not 5 star was a lady at the front desk was not very friendly 2 days in a row. Rooms are amazing and pool is 2nd to none.
Such a beautiful hotel with the friendliest of staff. The location is beautiful with walking paths and a waterfall, gives off such a zen vibe. The three bedroom suite is perfect for the girls getaway, lots of bathrooms and even laundry.! We got groceries and cocktails and spent one night in, lounging on the patio, and the second eve at the pool and out for tapas!. This is our Hotel, we will be back again and again.
This is the ONLY place to stay in Kelowna!! It is hands down the most beautiful property, with the most amazing rooftop pool and hot tub- with a lake view that leaves you breathless. Thank you for another great stay Royal Kelowna!! My family absolutely loved the hospitality and we are already planning our next family reunion!!

Great location and comfy bed, and nice rooms just really dated. Unfortunately didn’t have the friendliest front desk customer service, note that there are no dining options within the hotel.
We had such a wonderful stay here. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and perfect for hosting family and friends. Beautiful property, unbeatable location, and exceptional service. Highly recommend as we’ll absolutely be back!
The rooms are outdated yes... but the multi bedroom layout and beautiful deck facing the water makes it significantly better and the most practically for a family. Definitely my favourite place to stay when in Kelowna. It is located within walking distance of all restaurants, beaches and Prospera Place.
